About the role 
 
Enphase is looking for an extraordinary Facilities Technician located in the Enphase Bangalore, India facility who can support the fellow global team members and vendors.  
Enphase is seeking Technical Support Technician to join our Customer Service Organization to provide on-site support to customers of our Solar inverter products and future storage solutions. This role will be responsible for making sure best in class service is provided to customers by working in close coordination with Engineering, Training, Sales, Customer Service, Product Line Management and Facilities. 
 
What you will do 
 
  • Travel within the assigned territory to support customers, installers, and Enphase internal systems.
  • Perform service, maintenance, and commissioning of Enphase PV and storage systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate customer site visits with Customer Support, FAE teams, installers, and homeowners.
  • Conduct on‑site testing, diagnostics, and performance evaluations.
  • Complete site audits, service reports, and required technical documentation.
  • Perform microinverter maintenance and update the Enlighten monitoring system with system changes.
  • Participate in regular safety training and conduct trainings to installers and homeowners.
  • Maintain tool management standards required for field commissioning and maintenance activities.
  • Respond to customer needs promptly; Provide appropriate customer service
  • Train installation crews on proper installation techniques and best practices.
  • Review system designs and develop appropriate Balance of System (BOS) recommendations.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high workmanship standards.
  • Committed to improving processes and efficiency, while maintaining high workmanship standards.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and service efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  
   What you will Bring 
 
  • 5+ years of experience in PV system design, execution, field support, installation, and service.
  • Graduate qualification (B.E. / B. Tech) with minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of PV systems including String and microinverters, Installation and commissioning, Grounding and safety standards, Field troubleshooting
  • Ability to manage frequent changes, delays, and unexpected events effectively.
  • Strong customer‑focused mindset and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of safety and security procedures with strict adherence to best practices.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required.
  • Job location: Pune or Bengaluru.
